GROUP ACTIVITY 2: CHALLENGE YOURSELF. FLIPGRID 12TH APRIL

My challenge was to jump 2 meters with the feet together and then the same but backwards. Jump 2 meters with the right foot and then return with the left foot. It is working the basic motor skill of jumps. Working with jumps we work the basic physical capacity of strength.
With Blanca's challenge we work movements, thus, static flexibility.
Laia's challenge works movements and I consider that turns are also worked because it consists of doing a section, turning to do another section, etc. Working this basic motor skill we improve cyclic speed.
Aina's challenge I think that combines two motor skills which is more worked in secondary education. These two motor skills are jumps and movements. We promote aerobic endurance and strength.
With Abril's challenge we work throws, so, we promote the basic physical capacity of strength (maximum strength).
